I’ve heard it said that a person can live 40 days without food and 3 days without water but cannot survive 1 day without hope. You were created on purpose, for purpose with a magnificent destiny to fulfill Never lose hope to sorrow or discouragement. Your miracle is at hand and you’re closer than you know.
As a rape and attempted rape survivor, abandoned to raise three daughters alone, I know well the struggle to maintain hope and keep a sense of purpose and destiny. Sometimes, it feels like you can barely keep your head above water, your only purpose to make it through the day. Trust me, it gets better if you keep your head up and keep pressing on.
